Dear Readers,
I would like to sincerely apologize for the delay in an update and also for the lack of a GOTM! We both totally forgot! Now of course, Ga is playing in the London Chess Classic FIDE Open so won’t be able to analyse until the tournament is over. After that he’ll be off to Poland for the European Individual Blitz and Rapidplay! Before recovering over Christmas then we are heading off for New Zealand 🙂
Chess wise, Ga is on the scoregroup behind the leaders with 5/6. Today he plays IM Alexei Slavin with the white pieces, his 4th IM in a row.
It’s Gawain’s birthday on Sunday so I don’t think I’ll make him write an update then so hopefully we’ll get an express report early that week!
